In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Jili AA," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Jili AA platform and all associated services available at jili-aa.net.
• "Platform" refers to the Jili AA website, mobile application, and all related services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Jili AA platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Jili AA platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Jili AA account, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by Jili AA, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player through approved payment methods, excluding bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By completing the registration process on Jili AA, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jili AA. They apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions.

To register and use the Jili AA platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling. Jili AA does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts on Jili AA.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list, or have previously been excluded from the Jili AA platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of Jili AA, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

To access real-money gaming features on Jili AA, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on Jili AA. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jili AA will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Jili AA may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Jili AA account at any time by contacting our support team. Jili AA reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Jili AA platform are subject to the following terms:

• Approved Payment Methods: Jili AA accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on Jili AA is ₱50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Currency: All transactions on Jili AA are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jili AA does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. Jili AA reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Jili AA is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Jili AA may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.

Jili AA offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Jili AA reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be held separately in your account. Real money funds are generally used first in wagering, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Jili AA reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

All games available on the Jili AA platform, including slots, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets, are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

• All games on Jili AA use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on Jili AA's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record.
• Jili AA reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or any other fault that results in an incorrect outcome or payout.
• Bets placed on sports events are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Jili AA's sportsbook rules, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and in-play betting, are available on the Platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili AA platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by Jili AA.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jili AA staff, support agents, or other players.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your account.

Jili AA is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Jili AA account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, Jili AA will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.
• Reality Checks: The Platform includes optional reality check notifications that remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Age Restriction: Jili AA strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification measures to prevent underage gambling.

All content on the Jili AA platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the property of Jili AA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Jili AA platform without prior written consent from Jili AA.
• The Jili AA name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Jili AA. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jili AA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond Jili AA's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Technical malfunctions that affect the outcome of a game, where Jili AA has taken reasonable steps to resolve the issue and restore fair play.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Jili AA's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Jili AA collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jili AA implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure payment processing, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Jili AA cannot guarantee absolute security.

Jili AA reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jili AA will notify registered players through the Platform, by email, or through an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Jili AA platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Jili AA informally by contacting our support team. Jili AA will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
